TERMS OF USE

Access, reproduction and use of the Web services requires prior acceptance of the Conditions of Use in force at all times; GENIAT reserves the right to modify these Conditions when it deems it appropriate, by publishing the new text on the Web. PROPERTY

REGISTRATION AND DATA PROTECTION

It is allowed:

CONTENTS AND USER BEHAVIOR

GENIAT will have full freedom to decide whether the contributions and messages are finally published on the Web or not, being empowered to withdraw them when it deems appropriate. GENIAT is empowered to publish on the Web the contents provided by you in a partial, summarized or abbreviated way.
By simply sending a work, collaboration or comment, you empower GENIAT, in addition to including it on the Web, to, by itself or by transferring it to third parties, to proceed with its reproduction, distribution and public communication, in a complete, condensed, adapted or abbreviated version, free or onerous, worldwide, in all languages, and in other products that you make. GENIAT will pursue the breach of These Conditions of Use, as well as any improper use of the Web or its contents, the infringements of the rights that correspond to it or its licensors, especially those of Intellectual and Industrial Property, exercising all actions, civil and criminal, that may correspond in Law.
